Multi-awarded Century Properties envisions to build an architectural masterpiece in The Gramercy Residences, the first building to rise in Century City.  Its conceptual designer is the world-renowned Jerde Partnership with Filipino architectural firm Roger Villarosa Architects and Associates.

Fully-fitted, fully-furnished and fully-serviced units, a concept pioneered by the company, are among the biggest selling points of the project. It will also feature a six-level lifestyle and entertainment center.

Named after a private residential park in New York, the P5-billion Gramercy will have approximately 1,000 residential units that come in flat and loft configurations—from a studio units to a 151-sq. m. three-bedroom loft. There are six interior design themes to choose from.

The Gramercy’s so-called “hyper-amenities” include the three-floor SkyPark, an amenity deck with three pools, three gyms, a day care center, spa, DVD library and THX theater, café, book club, lounge, conference room, yoga and Pilates room set 36 storeys above the ground, providing residents with unobstructed views of the Makati skyline.
